About Invimarko
Invimarko is an independent site that reviews and compares accounting and invoicing software for small businesses, freelancers, and contractors. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any software vendor, including Zoho.
What we cover
We focus on the tools small business owners actually use to run their finances: Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and their integrations. Our content includes in-depth product reviews, head-to-head comparisons like Zoho vs Xero and Zoho vs QuickBooks, integration and migration guides, pricing breakdowns, and use-case guides for freelancers, truckers, and small businesses.
How we review
Every review follows the same process, so you can judge for yourself how much weight to give our verdicts:
Primary sources first
We build every review from official product documentation, published pricing pages, feature lists, and plan comparison tables, not from other review sites.
Real user feedback
We cross-check vendor claims against what actual users report on support forums, verified review platforms, and community discussions, paying particular attention to weak points vendors don’t advertise.
Dated, verifiable facts
Prices and plan limits are published with a “last updated” date and rechecked regularly. If a number on our site is wrong, we want to know, and we fix it.
We aim to give straightforward verdicts: what a product does well, where it falls short, and who it is actually for. Every review includes the drawbacks, not just the selling points.
What we never do
- We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews
- We do not publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial content
- We do not let affiliate commissions decide our verdicts, and we also cover tools that earn us nothing, like free plans and non-partner products, when they’re the right answer for the reader
- We do not hide who pays us, and every partnership is listed on our disclosure page
How we make money
Invimarko participates in affiliate programs with some of the software providers we cover. When you sign up for a product through a link on our site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is the only way the site makes money. One honest consequence of this model: we sometimes recommend products we earn nothing from, because they’re the better fit. If that costs us a commission, so be it. A review site that always concludes “buy through our link” isn’t worth your trust.
Corrections
Software pricing and features change constantly. If you spot an outdated price, a discontinued feature, or a factual error anywhere on this site, tell us through the Contact page. We review every report and correct confirmed errors promptly.
